It all depends on your interest, since you have a masters degree in Geography your job options will be limited if you continue on the same field, if you are willing to change to mining or if you want to do your MBA then you will have more opportunities. Thanks for your advise really appreciate it, I was thinking doing masters in urban and regional planning, but its very expensive and MBA is ok but very there are too many doing it and I am not sure about job in future.

Pick a course that you are interested, many people land on a job after graduation then realize that hey are not interested in that field, so if you pick a field that you are interested then you can surely find a good job in that field.

It shouldn't worry you that too many people are doing MBA... look only for your own interest and learning. If you are good at it, jobs shouldn't be a problem. If you don't want to leave your present job and still pursue MBA, you can take up exec MBA program. Many good institutes like ICFAI offer these. In fact, lately IIMs and IITs have also taken up exec MBA through distance/virtual learning through NIIT and Hughes Education etc.
