The Institute for Cultural Diplomacy is proud to bring to you Cultural Diplomacy in East Asia: A Forum for Young Leaders. It will take place in Berlin, Germany from the 6th October to the 10th October 2009. The weeklong seminar will focus on a wide variety of political, cultural, economical and diplomatic themes. We are now calling for Applicants.
