Canada CS Masters — Don't know where I am competitive. Pls help.

I am thinking of doing Masters in Computer Sc from Canada. By looking at my profile can anyone rate my chances of getting admission in good universities or suggest me universities where i should apply?

- BS in Computer Engg from Punjab Technical University(India)
67% (Dont know how to convert it in GPA??? Can someone help??)
- IELTS 7
- 8 years of Software Development experience in multinational companies like D-Link, Nokia etc.
- No paper presentation or research patent/paper.

Is there anyone in a same boat??
