hello,
i cannot imagine how many institutions or organisations in Africa to be specific are all interested in placing applicants who have some number of years experience. Does that not amount to poaching employees of competitors? who has to train and give orientation to his employees for some other organisation to poach. the are not interested in fresh grads who are full of zeal, enthusiasm and new ideas to propel the organisations into new areas of operations as well as new returns.
are hr practictioners becoming lazy and sloppy?
