Mr. Zarir Mistry is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai. He is a Master of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from University of Iowa, USA. Mr. Mistry has over 35 years of experience in third party servicing for the US financial services industry. He was one of the founding team members of Tracmail, which handled American Express collection work for US Credit Card defaulters from India. He has worked as a Director Information Technology at WNS Global Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. Before WNS, he has worked as Chief Technology Officer at Tracmail (India) Pvt. Ltd. He has also worked at Tata Consultancy Services.
