promises unfufilled

Hi
i would like to know if there are any students who have studied in Uk and have not found jobs in their respective fields?
and are there any who were promised many things by the uni or the councilors through whom they came here and then were disappointed??

Do you mean jobs back in India ? I hear there is a problem with this after grduating to find suitable employment ;(

yes. what i am trying to ask is how many people have had a problem trying to find jobs in their respective fields after studying in uk.

Hi,

I experienced this too and found that once you have graduated in the UK and return home it is hard to find jobs. The main reason for this is lack of profile within India of UK university graduates.

In honesty we all know that getting work in India is a lot to do with who you know not what you know so all i can say is you have to have a good CV , interview technique but importantly a root to market. I was lucky as the agency i used are the only ones in India that not only placed me in UK but helped me get work back in India after by helping with my CV , interview guidance and researching a job.
