i am a post graduation student in biotechnology. i want to do my ph.d after this in india.why bcz i want to do research in innovative field and want to find something new. suggest some entrance exams and study materials.

I think in India athere are exams for Ph.D such as Senior research fellow (SRF)
Also, as soon as you finish with your Master of Science, you can apply for Junior research fellow (JRF).
After qualifying for JRF, you can work for paid research assistantships in Indian science research centres like IISc, NII, NIV, IITs under professors and then you can take exam for SRF.

Also there is one exam called JAM for students who finish with M.Sc.

Also you can opt for some Europeon universities for Ph.D.

hi, there are following exams to do Ph.D in India-
CSIR NET exam, DBT entrance exam, ICMR entrance exam etc.
The required qualification is masters.
